RETURN-POLICY
I will do general returns or refunds on verifiable defective products or lost orders. Contact me (zoemae.art@gmail.com) within 60 days of the scheduled delivery date. Send me a photo of the order's damage if applicable. If the package is lost or damaged, I will file a claim with the USPS. Once I file a claim, we have 8-10 business days to hear back from the USPS about a refund. I will keep you updated with the result, and process your refund if applicable.
There is an element of trust in custom art. If you are worried about the result, you can ask me before I start painting for check-ins along the way. If you don't like how the painting turns out, you can have the painting reworked at an additional cost of $17.50/hr + tax. I do not do general returns or refunds on custom art.
